When you type in your last name DO NOT include any generational qualifiers such as "Perez Jr.", "Gutierrez Sr.", "Peterson III", just include the last name only -- "Perez", "Gutierrez", "Peterson". Also, the field is not case-sensitive, so it is not necessary to use capitals anywhere in the name. If your last name is hyphenated or has spaces, please enter it with the hyphen or space, e.g. "Gomez-Saenz" or "De La Pena."

If that still doesn't help, please e-mail your First and Last Name, Phone Number, Complete Address, current email address, CWID (students), UIN (faculty) , and whether you are an Undergraduate, Graduate, Staff, or Faculty to the Systems Librarian at . Your information will be verified, entered into our database, and you will be notified that your account is working.
